I have several issues with the USPS, one includes my rural carrier literally throwing my packaged in the snow-filled ditch.

Last Christmas Mailed a gift from Dansville NY to Batavia NY a distance of about 60 miles. The package travelled through four states and arrived 26 days later in Batavia NY. Why ? I asked and my answer from postal management was, " at times of rush some employees might toss a package in any outgoing bin " to clear the floor " regardless of the destination. My package was the victim of several lazy employees over 26 days. Edit: I must say my Dansville PO was extremely helpful in locating my package during the transit days.

I sent a letter 8 miles from where I’m sitting now. I made a mistake on the envelope and I put the wrong ZIP Code on. The ZIP Code that I put on was 3 miles from where I wanted it to go. It was returned to me as undeliverable although there isn’t a person that works in the post office where it did end up that would not know where it had to go it’s and extremely well known of address and business. However it was my mistake. Go to the head of the class if you think it took two weeks for it to get back to me. I know that it traveled hundreds of miles because they’re that stupid. The person who had it in their mail pouch for delivery in that town could have easily reconciled the problem by just changing the ZIP Code. I didn’t ask but I think they probably said, “that’s not my job”.
