We've always been curvy, thick, meat on the bones but we crossed the line and no "white man's" BMI chart could convince us we are obese. I was the same, it was easier to belive the black lies we tell ourselves than actually fight for my health. Many years on I'm trying to undo the damage. I'm thankful I'm no where as big as this woman but I still fall into the obese catagory and it's harder to shift the weight when age and even minor illness is involved. All I will say to any young woman is do not underestimate how big you can get and don't ignore the BMI. Cause when you loose hope with your weight, you over compensate with confidence, but in a bad way or you hide out and never interact with people.

Side note : love the cohost. She adds a little spazz to the show. Compared to Kendra , asking about personal flaws was a beautiful additional question we needed .
