I love your videos. There's something so peaceful and nostalgic about them. I was almost teary, when I watched how you made wontons. There isn't a lot of people that make this type of food, when you can order out or buy it in supermarket. As I was watching you, in this special time, preparing for Christmas, I am really grateful that I can sit with my mom and makes pierogi for Christmas Eve (traditional polish dumplings that millions of Polish prepare for Christmas Eve). That I can decorating Christmas Tree with my dad. And buy Christmas present with my sister. And watch Christmas movies with my brother. Small things that I'm sometimes afraid that soon are going to dissappear from this world. Because this life, normal life, is not popular in this consumer world. We constantly encouraged to buy more, especially on Christmas. Almost nobody talking about just being and being with your family, especially during pandemic. Kinda sad. But watching your videos and reading comments under them brings me hope.

I enjoy what I do during the summer but, yes, if life was all summer, without a break, I would not survive. Winter gives a change of pace, a rest, a chance to change focus, to learn new things, to make plans. I can cook but it takes quite a bit of mental power. I want to work on that this winter.
