Mr Yo's transition to pikes was faster and smoother than Hera's transition to skirmishers. That's what won him the game, even after Hera's devastating raid.

17:57: Hera really squandered an opportunity especially now that Yo has a castle up. He is using a cavalry army so be mobile with his units. Scout the entire defensive line of Mr. Yo, launch surgical strikes all along the line with additional reinforcements. He would've gotten in somewhere, and while his monks and villagers are distracted elsewhere, have his other units attack and retreat, attack and retreat. Kill as many as he can. Then go.
