Just to confirm: You can have 100% upkeep of this build with a vinktar's yeah? The Vinktar applies the shock that triggers the herald from the herald kill, right?

In the templar side of the tree you took retribution with 14% spell and 5% cast speed, is that so much better for flameblast that you didn't want to buff the herald damage over it?

+Margo Oskar you need ascendancy points for base crit per power charge, that's the crit that all your other crit uses to scale. Without it, the rest of your crit doesn't make a big enough difference.

Well this build existed already, ascendancy just made it late game viable.

Rave it didnt exist previously due to crit chance not existing on heralds, it required the reworked inc crit chance gem and the new ascendancy to add base chance to the heralds. Just like with incinerate.

RaVeN1K not the same build at all mate. That was just a regular herald bomber, and it worked fine late game as seen per ghuddas video on it. This one emphasizes on the crit portion of it.

Was waiting for someone to do this build. Ive had a 70% crit herald of ice for months now but that was just the side affect of a different build (cast on crit flicker), didnt have the funds nor the time to actually make a herald bomber.

Btw, you CAN use The Three Dragons if you throw on Cold to Fire Support with Herald of Ice. This, actually works a lot better than Call of the Brotherhood since Herald of thunder will constantly freeze instead of do half shock, half freeze. And a quality Cold to Fire will get you plenty of shock. So now your Herald of Thunder freezes and your Herald of Ice shocks. Now they will proc one another a great deal. I also found that firestorm is a better use over flame blast. Throw and Ice Bite on it, and you are shocking and freezing regularly, on top of getting fenzy charges. With orb of storms and warlords mark, that's max of all three charges up majority of the time. Also, if you are going to dual wield, I'd use a Singularity instead of a +3 to ice gems dagger.

+ad1ceProduction Its pretty much a strictly solo build. Doesnt work in enfeeble maps at all, everything else is completely fine. I mean you can run enfeeble but its going to be slow. The only mods you cant run are ele reflect and bloodmagic.

I do wonder if this could sort out as well with Windripper...Maybe I can make a more expensive version, with 2 6Ls, put a Magic Find spin on it. Make MF fun. Just to confirm..Heralds can't benefit from spell crit, right? Just Global crit? So maybe actually a Hege's and the Staff nodes would be nice too. Did you consider going Tri Curse and adding Assassin's Mark to your Herald Of Thunder?

+4p0k4lyx1o Heralds are spells that give a buff. The spell is affected by cast speed, the buff is not in any way. In other words, increased cast speed allows you to activate the herald and gain the buff faster, but does nothing for the buff once it's on you.

If you don't buy items or currency with real money, how does that affect you in any way? Why would that be something that would make you dislike the game? A very small portion of the community actually engages in real money trades and many of them end up getting banned anyways. So exactly how does this change the way you play the game or enjoy it? Personally I can say that after over 2,000 hours in game I have never been affected at all by this, except for having to see the very rare RMT bots spamming their websites. This is a non-issue.

+ED But thats not the purpose of the build... Same way people on VS use it rather for Georges and Strands. To clear faster. You can do the same with this build just running through the map. (requires even less activity than VS)
