I am a man and I love vitex.... I find it best when I combine it with saw palmetto and a cup or 2 a day of Spearmint tea. The results are amazing

Well thanks for the great info. It does have a great calming effect on me. Will that calming effect stay with me now after my extended use. Or should I just keep taking it. To tell the truth I probably don't need to take it anymore the calming effect I think has become permanent 😎

You know your body best. Vitex works directly on the pituitary.evening out hormonal signals. You may want to take a break and see what happens, to my knowledge there is no "limit" to taking it. If you find that you do not feel as calm after a week, then the plant is there to help out.@@albertvonhugenstien4971

I received it as a gift from a female friend at the beginning of covid lockdowns. To control my urges while I was locked up. It worked awesome. She suggested saw palmetto would help the vitex and also keep my skin really soft and smooth.
