So happy to see your smiling face but I'm so sorry about your fall! I'm glad you were able to get physical therapy and are feeling better! I hope your husband is doing better as well. We sure miss you and are glad when you let us come in the kitchen with you! On a weird side note: I love when you can tell pots and pans have a lot of miles on them. I always imagine all of the wonderful dishes that have been made for years in them.

I noticed you used a pressure pan but you didn't cook it under pressure? Do you ever make it that way?

I used the pressure pan just for the size,but I do use the pressure cooker for other things.Why not for this dish?Just habit I guess. It should work fine.
