Karen - When I was a kid we were always told to fear eating wild or treat plants as a museum. it took decades for me to start to feel comfortable enough to eat wild edibles and it opens up an entire new world when these plants become functional. I just finished taking my young boys picking wild raspberries and was great to see that excitement in them. so it’s coming full circle for me. Thanks for this and looking forward to the next season. Give my best to Frank.

Karen, is there a better mode to use plants such as big medicine or lichen that works better or faster or is the mode just a personal choice all working the same? Tea, tincture, the honey mixture??? Also does a tincture get weak or expire after so many years? Thank you!
