Thanks Herbert this is all very useful, I too have the Grimball's Beasts box set from many moons ago (though it shipped without the half tracks, BF customer service saw me right, thanks guys)). May put my efforts up on the discord server if/when I ever get round to working on them again ... this may just be the motivation I need. Thanks Again.

Great job on these Herb. I wonder why no one has ever bothered opening up the vision slots in the driver's compartment on these. Think I might try that if I get a set. I also like to mount magnets into seats and such so that I can put in troops with magnets in them and take them out as the vehicle gets unloaded during the battle. Love details I do lol. Thanks again for showing us these m8.

It might be too much effort for most to have the vision slots open. At least in this scale. I know the 28mm versions from Rubicon and Warlord can have the front window cover modeled open. Magnetising passengers sure does seem like a good idea.

Olive Drab as used on US Army vehicles is relatively dark.

The Brits used US Half tracks but they did not equip them with the 50 cal machine guns. So your narrative would need to explain it as a temp assignment of a US unit to Brits
