This is better than Warlord's own official guide to painting their M4 Shermans for Bolt Action. Many thanks. I thought about chickening out and doing just a 'straight out of the factory new' sherman tank but I saw your weathering effects techniques and they are spot on and I've got the paints and materials to do it. There's nothing more in the hobby I loath more than crispy clean decals on a WW2 vehicle or even a Warhammer 40K Space Marine.

I don't know if that was the first painting video of you I saw. Maybe. But it was the video that had a big impact on my painting, especially drybrushing, weathering and chipping. Try Use the bsc Green brown then dust it with the bsc khaki green out the caunter paint scheme it comes out just perfect for British vehicles

Incredible carriers! They look like they've faced some serious off-roading...why do I imagine a WW2 version of 'The Fast and Furious'? And I'll be sure to watch Fog of War's video on British markings...that'll come in handy when I eventually get to building my 1/72 Desert Rats!

wow, those look awesome! they really turned out very well,i especially like all the weathering! I really like your style; no rusting pieces of junk but well used but maintained vehicles. I'vo also been painting.... german ambush camo on a 1/72 tiger.. and dot 44 camo on 1/72 figures.... (actually only 7 of the 15 figures received this camo.. then i was tired of painting tiny dots, so 8 of them became regular wehrmacht soldiers XD)
