In the impro part Herbie seems completely lost, it s like he s busy listening Braithwaite exceptionaly soulfull fingered bass line, this should be studied in all bass schools, i rarely if ever heard such a marvel, this is soul to the boone. RIP to this soulfull beast, the best of his generation, far above the Millers and other famed bassists of the 80s.
