Looks absolutely delicious. I went to order some for my grandmothers birthday, but it costs over $17 for the cheapest shipping method to Indiana. Is this a mistake? Are you guys located outside the United States or something?
@HerculesCandy8 ай бұрын
Unfortunately that's the price that we get charged by either FedEx or UPS. Usually the high shipping costs are because products need to be shipped so quickly before they melt. Our cold packs are only good for up to 48 hours. Another reason for high shipping costs is if it's in a rural area. Rural areas are just harder logistically to get things shipped to quickly, so carriers have to charge us more.
@LadidadidaTV8 ай бұрын
@@HerculesCandy I'm located in Indianapolis, Indiana. I think it's in the top 15 biggest cities in the United States, not very rural at all. That's a shame ups and fedex charge that much for shipping. The candy all looks delicious though :)
