If u put in freezer it works better. I made 1000 chocolate lollipop a day, I painted every one. U have too many in fridge. The chocolate will discolor. STAY SAFE.

This is a random suggestion but it came to mind when some of the cups were messed up: I’m not sure that you guys do with the defected candies (defected as in not how it was supposed to turn out/broken) but it would be cool if you made some sort of mystery box that would include like 3 or 4 defected candies instead of throwing them out... or doing whatever you’d usually do with them. You could sell the mystery boxes on your online shop (or irl store.) Sort of like how the brand Jellybelly sells bags of “Jellybelly flops” (aka jelly beans that are misshapen.) So... instead of “wasting” candy you could reuse it as another product that you’d gain profit off of. What I just said may not make a whole lot of sense (It’s very late where I’m from and I’m tired) but I think a lot of people would like a “mystery box” type product with defected/broken candies.

I received my order in the mail today. I was impressed by your quick shipping and the quality of your packing. Everything was individually bubble wrapped. The ribbon candy got a little crushed up during shipping but I expected that. I have sampled everything that I ordered and it's all very good. But my favorite by far, is the PB filled molasses ribbon candy. I purchased it as a gift for my dad, but HOLY MOLY....I may eat the whole batch and order him something else! Bryan White metal is not biodegradable, it’s been tampered with, therefore its not. Besides, natural metal does not exist above the surface. So depositing it on the surface is not acceptable to the natural cycle.

Well, actually, aluminium is infinitely recyclable and uses 95% less energy/resources to recycle than to produce from mining. But, few people realize that you can simply accumulate your little foil in a jar and when you have enough you just put it on a regular used foil sheet (like after cooking stuff on it), fold it over so the small pieces don't fall out, crumple it all into a ball, and put it in the recycle bin. That's what we do in my house. Plastic wrapping often doesn't recycle very well though, and is not biodegradable either. Also, plastic particles can be very reactive inside living organisms. It's not that bad when it's incinerated, though. Depends how waste is processed where you live.

Tip on shipping coming from someone with experience shipping very high volume. (1000's of orders a day) Paper tape machines and label machines will save tons of time when packaging.

Have you guys ever thought about selling damaged/ didn’t turn out right candy in bags for say $5?... you have have all chocolate, all hard candy, etc in one bag. Maybe you could ship them too. Easy way to recover money for product that is lost due to mistake/damage

they already recover almost all of their products in various ways, such as bark, remelting, etc. so there wouldn't be much to put in there! I mean they literally save the scraps from everything and reuse it somewhere else.

It seems like it would save you a lot of headache if you just added the cost of the ice packs to all your chocolate products and put in the ice packs regardless of where people are located. I don’t think upping the price a little bit will affect demand, all things considered! Plus then people get a nice ice pack to put on their temples when they get a headache from devouring all that sugar. 🥰 Glad things are going so well.

Whoa, 560k subs?? I feel like I'm part of the OG gang now, been here since 70k (over two years) and watched every video since. I follow a LOT of channels, but this is the only one I've been part of through its spectacular rise.. I'm a little scared that the feel of the channel and of the comment section is gonna change too drastically. Please don't forget us who've been there since the home shop, and keep the inside jokes running! My partner and I are from Canada and we plan to visit your shop once this whole ordeal has calmed down enough to allow safe travel. Also my parents met in Geneva and my dad went to Cornell, and they also had friends in Syracuse so we're going to make a whole trip out of this, it's gonna be fun. Can't wait for things to settle down, it's probably gonna be for at least next summer though
