Question why does GOC have so many bad reviews on Glassdoor? A review score of 3.3 and 47% employee recommendations?

Hi Ralph, GOC is a good company overall. In my 3 years stay in the company, I can say, above industry standard ang kanilang offer plus many perks and benefits. I left last year and I’ve heard GOC PH was not spared by the massive layoff that happened in Google as a whole. It’s probably due to that, that there are many negative feedbacks and slightly low employee recommendations in Glassdoor.

Hi Josh, it was a great experience. Better sa lahat ng PH based company that I worked for so far. Ofc! My politics pa din Malala simply because Madami Pinoy managers, but in terms of benefits and compensation, they offer slightly above industry standard plus un benefits maganda. However, Wla nko sa GOC now, I have found a better opportunity elsewhere that allows me to work remotely.
