Put that together with an talented artist (on many fronts) like FKJ will have you wondering... when his ballets end... where did the time go or what happened to my anxiety!

Thank you everyone so much for sharing the joy of FKJ. My 28 year old son lost his "10-year" battle with opiate addiction on Easter. My heart has been so broken ... so broken. Beverly, i cant say i know exactly what you're going thru... But I put my mom thru the same shit. I've been clean for 4 months now and things are looking up. I dont know you but I love you. I can't imagine how soul-shattering it is for you, but just know there's nothing you did wrong or could've done better. Opiate addiction is a struggle unlike anything else in the world. It takes it's grip on us and there's nothing ANYONE can do to help us til we're ready. I know it might sound dumb now but you can look up meeting locations near you for families of addicts/ NA meetings and you'll be shown more love and support there than you could ever imagine. Sometimes it helps to connect with people who actually understand what we're going through and have been there themselves. Its one of those things you can't really grasp unless you've experienced it yourself. Stay strong girl.

It was a simple life but it's so hard to be self-sufficient in the modern world. now im back in germany and daaaaaaaaamn this is so much easier. what i learned in this time is that you just have to be happy with what you're doing. the centre of civilization can be a blessing when you're not too rooted to everything that comes with big cities and capitalism.

I was there with mom, dad and brother to take care of her, since she has a rare type of cancer. These songs were and are every season a medicine for me. The meaning of the last song: "The reason we were staying in the Ylang Ylang room at first was because we were expecting Ayla. She was a surprise and we embraced her. But life decided differently and she left us before she could take a breath in our world. We watched her gain life and we watched her lose it. We created a space for her physical body to leave her mother, a transparent yellow cloth surrounded by trees and candles. We would add rose petals around the space every evening until we reached 100 roses as a way for us to let go and say goodbye. It was a powerful moment, sad and beautiful at the same time" - FKJ I am sorry for your loss. You are grieving through your 100 hundred roses too.

I feel so immersed in his music with all the unique sounds...like I'm surrounded by many musicians...but in reality it's only one man. I could drift away forever, happy, listening to this. 😌 I love them all but Ylang Ylang is my favourite 🙃
