The problem with acess to the stadium is crowd management. 1st, NITA need to help the stadium management with the ticketing system. 2nd. Have employees answer question and help the customers as the line is forming outside the gate. 3. Have a customer service desk for people with tickets that fail. 4. Open gates 4hrs before and have an activities for people who come early (those with children).5. Get hand scanners to help move crowd faster at the non-vip gates.
