Hello. In this video, I showed the construction of a "Table Saw Guide", which is not very difficult to make and that I cost very cheaply. Thanks to its two angle-adjustable sections, it makes angled cuts very easy and smooth. It is a tool that can be easily used not only for angled cuts, but also for straight cuts.
I still used MDF boards that I have on hand, but you can use plywood or another material if you want.
Measurements are prepared in PDF format as usual. You can download it from the link at the bottom of the description section.

Ciao. Il bullone e il dado che hai menzionato saranno M6. Quindi come si vede nel PDF. Wow! New subscriber here. I have watched a few of your videos and have been amazed at your ability to make quality tools and jigs with easily acquired materials. I suppose that some of these jigs or tools wouldn't hold up in humid environments (like the place where I live --- Florida, USA). Or they might not survive being dropped on concrete floors as well as the fancy, expensive tools that can be bought from specialty tool suppliers. But who cares? If I made a sled like this and then dropped it on the floor, I could just make another one!

Why not consider using 3/8 thick aluminum plate as a base? Humidity would not affect it, and you would be so proud of it you would never drop it. Aluminum cuts easily with a good saw blade. I'm not sure how a router would work on aluminum to make the radius cuts.
