Hello. In this video, I showed the construction of a "Table Saw Guide", which is not very difficult to make and that I cost very cheaply. Thanks to its two angle-adjustable sections, it makes angled cuts very easy and smooth. It is a tool that can be easily used not only for angled cuts, but also for straight cuts.
I still used MDF boards that I have on hand, but you can use plywood or another material if you want.
Measurements are prepared in PDF format as usual. You can download it from the link at the bottom of the description section.

Appena possibile mi prenderò un po' di attrezzatura per realizzare un tavolo da falegname e tutto il resto. Se potrò chiederti dei consigli, in futuro, te li chiederò. Per il momento sono in fase di studio sulle varie tecniche di incastri e materiali adatti per realizzare un bel tavolo multifunzione da falegname.

Wow! New subscriber here. I have watched a few of your videos and have been amazed at your ability to make quality tools and jigs with easily acquired materials. I suppose that some of these jigs or tools wouldn't hold up in humid environments (like the place where I live --- Florida, USA). Or they might not survive being dropped on concrete floors as well as the fancy, expensive tools that can be bought from specialty tool suppliers. But who cares? If I made a sled like this and then dropped it on the floor, I could just make another one!

Why not consider using 3/8 thick aluminum plate as a base? Humidity would not affect it, and you would be so proud of it you would never drop it. Aluminum cuts easily with a good saw blade. I'm not sure how a router would work on aluminum to make the radius cuts.

Hello. Aluminum would be nice, of course, but I think it is a bit of a disadvantage that it is expensive and difficult to process. I make the angled cuts on the jigsaw bench. If I insert the metal tip, I can cut it too, but not everyone has this opportunity. Also, I would be really upset if it fell.

True. I was just putting up an alternative material to address the humidity issue in Florida. Regardless of what material is used you have made a nice sled with many unique features.

Ciao, semplice, economico ma geniale, come tutti i tuoi lavori: complimenti! Volevo chiederti una cosa: a pagina 3 del tuo PDF i due pezzi contrassegnati con il n 8 sono m8 o m6? Perché altrimenti i pezzi n 10, che sono m6, non potrebbero essere usati. O sto sbagliando io? 🤔🙂

Ciao. Il bullone e il dado che hai menzionato saranno M6. Quindi come si vede nel PDF. Il motivo è che è necessario utilizzare un tubo metallico aggiuntivo per evitare che il foro praticato con 8 mm si corroda. Il diametro esterno di questo tubo è di 8 mm e il diametro interno è di 6 mm. Spero di essere stato in grado di spiegare. Se questa non è la risposta alla tua domanda, scrivi di nuovo.
