Actually, it is 90°. But what you indicated as 30° is in fact 60°, because you put together 6 segments and get a full 360°. Then the order makes sense: 90°, 60° and 45°. Interesting jig btw. I've been following you for quite a while now and you're definitely showing very good progress in your shop built tools and jigs and also in your presentation. Keep up the good work! You do have to spend some time setting the saw up... blade, fence, etc. But once done, the saw is great. Fairly compact which is Nice kzbin.infoUgkxXh-4_3-ZT1fFWP91ZV7iVqzElr0lEb-a I did get an Incra Miter Gauge which takes some setup as well. The stock miter gauge can be adjusted in the miter slot with a little painter's tape... this tightens up the side to side play a lot.

I've seen many KZbin videos that claim to show the "ultimate crosscut sled". In my opinion, yours wins first prize for its low materials cost, ease of construction, and brilliant-but-simple design. I recently pulled a whole box of brand-new laminate flooring out of a Dumpster, and after watching this video I spent $10 on eBay to purchase some cyanoacrylate glue and fixer. That laminate flooring is brittle, and may get damaged after hard use, but who cares--If it breaks, I can just build another one for free! Thanks for sharing your excellent video.

That’s an excellent jig and the use of laminate is brilliant as it’s often sold cheap in the DIY stores . I only wonder if the cut edges of the laminate runner will wear too easily although rubbing some wood glue or ca glue into the edge would harden it

Есть большие листы ламинатного HDF, не нужно было клеить из ппркета. Их используют как транспортные подкладки на поддонах в поставках ламината. Слады поставщиков ламината их обычно ввыбрасыввают. Это подсказка :)

@@sinoverusmanov3525 Это двухкомпонентный цианакрилатный клей (в быту именуемый "суперклей" 😁). Он не схватывается так быстро как его однокомпонентные собратья, а после нанесения активатора из баллончика - моментально кристаллизуется. Есть разных брендов: TITAN, Akfix. Возможно есть и других производителей, но мне они пока не попадались.
