I bought my bagger knowing I would be customizing it. went with the EG standard. I haven't really noticed any front end vibration from the fork-mounted fairing, and I know that when I'm done, It might look like everyone else's, but I'll have spent less money.

Road King is the best touring model in my opinion. You don't have a fairing blocking your view. I like having the windshield on for over the road and off for running around town. I ride a 2014 CVO Road King. Cage free

I have the itch to buy a 2020 Street Glide Special in performance orange, but i know if i do something better will come out for 2021, i am really looking for a refresh of the Street Glide so i think i will be holding off. I used to be 100% Harley and my last Harley purchase was a new 2012 Dyna Wide Glide but traded that in 2014 and have not owned a Harley since. Other than colours, the Street Glide appearance is boring and dated and in need of a refresh, the current style has been going on too long and i wont buy until there is a new design. Maybe its just me, but if i am spending $25k+ on a new Street Glide, i want people to know its a new Street Glide and not just a new colour, i currently have several bikes now, 1 is a 2016 Victory Magnum and when i ride with buddies its my bike people look at when we fill up or stop for a beer. Nothing against Harley, love the Street Glide, but like i said, its dated and boring and if you look at the 1st Street Glide from 2012 and a 2020 Street Glide not a lot has changed (Other than motor and Rushmore upgrades which is basically hinges and latches) 14 years of the same bike. I will give Harley 1 more year, if nothing changes for 2021, I will buy the Indian Challenger. This is what i ride now: 2007 Victory Jackpot - Arlen Ness edition 2015 Victory Cross Country Tour 2016 Victory Magnum 1948 Indian Chief - yes the one in the avatar 2003 Indian Chief 2014 Indian Chief - Traded my 2012 Dyna Wide Glide for it in 2014 2002 Yamaha v-star wife mostly rides this now. 2005 Honda CBR 600 F4i - Still fun to book around in. I really love the 2020 Street Glide but i need to see it move into the current decade before i invest $25k+

I like the street glide, nothing at all against them...but, EVERYONE has them. The Road glide is a better ride for me and blocks a lot more wind shear. I guess it’s just opinion....like assholes, everyone has one. Ride safe!!!

My personal complaint is that everyone turns into the worlds fastest biker that owns one. My shop specializes in Dyna Superglide and our bikes already have a serious weight ADVANTAGE, and generally MUCH more power as well. And every clown on a S/G wants to race every time they get next to you. I'm not losing my driver's license for anyone. That's why Saturday night, I'm at the track, see you there.

Doing these things on a motorcycle in Canada means an instant suspension and a $1000.00 fine plus seizure of the motorcycle.
