There is no order, no PROPER chain of command, no real leadership. It's the one "in charge" and his whims that are how things go. The one "in charge" raised and yells at his mom til this day. He never had any male leadership growing up and had everybody in his life kiss his ass since he was a "child prodigy" at 14 years old. The guy "in charge" had a Hummer given to him in high school, so imagine the lack of coaching or lack of accountability the coach or school had because he was this child prodigy and it's been that way ever since. Now everybody else has followed suit since.
