Great tip on the use of the circular saw blade in the table saw like that! Also, you said, 'stupid little lathe.' A great saying I like is, "If it's stupid but works, it's not stupid."

Great video, the excitement over the stainless hammer was hilarious! "I just wanna hit stuff with it!"

Those were all nice. I like that you trimmed the first mallet’s brass head.

Neat mallets! I may follow your example someday. I made a great chisel mallet out of Bradford Pear. It’s quite solid.

I love your approach to things because I am much the same way as you I think. Just love to think and research and then work with things. Metals, tools, woods, projects and everything else. Only thing I haven’t seen you really go into is welding or dyi house crap. I do those too. Lol

Time is the only hold up for welding. I've got everything else so that will happen eventually.

Great video and projects! Will have to attempt one of these this weekend. Can't ever have enough twackers in the shop, for 'gentle manual persuasion'! Also love how your personality and humor shows in your videos. Keep it up!

Beautiful work, Billy! Really well done!!! 😃 There are hexagonal brass bars in the market as well... It should look fantastic too! Anyway, stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊

I originally planned to use one but I was in a time crunch and didn't have time to get it. It'll be added to the list of personal projects.

They're pretty sweet looking, I don't know if I'd be able to use them to hit anything at all 🤔. Now that you've done the four mallets/hammers, you should have a go at making a judge's gavel !!! As always buddy 💯% 👍 🇬🇧.

I would have used boiled linseed oil on the handles, I have never tried tung oil except as a floor finish.

What about rotor bits and metals? Do you need special bits?
@NewtonMakes Жыл бұрын
I put the tools and bits in the video description, which might help you out on those questions.

The last mallot I’m pretty sure is just a two part stick. Why not just make a one part stick? Or just use a stick?
