When I was younger I loved 1500m, but now I'm older I wish 10 miles was an Olympic event.

1500m - I think it needs speed + strategy + and more race awareness than the other runs

I started running to lose weight. I’ve managed to keep the weight off. These days I run because it clears my head. Especially when work or home life gets stressful, the run just straightens you out and removes so much negativity.

That intro music was so good 🎵 Really interesting story, and great to hear how much training per week Jess puts in, great insight. I really need to focus on freeing up time so I can run more also.

Good video thanks, really honest about everything and Jess is spot on with how sometimes it’s easy to fall out of love with it and forget why you run in the first place so it’s great to remind yourself when you need to. I just wish I could work out who she is sponsored by 🤔😂

I really loved watching this. It just goes to show what can be achieved with hard work. If I could do a race at the Olympics, I would do the 3000m steeplechase. I love the water jump

I loved this video - so interesting! However, please, please tell the sound engineer to dial back on the music segments. They were so loud in comparison with the speech segments sometimes that I was having to turn the sound up and down so that my ears and neighbours weren't offended! Sorry to carp about what is a great video but the sound issues detracted from it to the point that I've mentioned it.

I understand commercial pressures on channels regarding sponsors, but I fully expected Bruce to pop up wearing Hoka branding at some stage during the video.

Great video, what was the first song it sounds like a great running track. I saw on the video description it said “Those who do” but that artist doesn’t seem to exist anywhere 😅

Hi Joe, unfortunately the music we use is often not available commercially on streaming platforms, sorry about that! We agree though, it's an excellent tune 😎

So enjoyable to watch. How tall is Jess? I always think of runners as avg to shorter stature (although I'm 5'9").
