It looks amazing! If you mind any feedback though, it felt a bit slow for me. To confirm that hypothesis about how I felt, I changed the video speed to 1.75x and watched again and the animation looked much more fluid. Of course this is just me, but if you think is a valid feedback, you might want to try yourself and see how you feel about it.

Thanks!! That's a great point Just watched at a faster speed and yet I agree - will definitely tweak this in game Cheers!

Looks cool! Can the timeline also be used to make 3d cutscenes? Because all the tutorials I've seen have covered 2d. So it it possible to use the timeline and, say, import an animation to play within that timeline? Thanks!

Hey thanks!! Sure thing! I believe you can create an Animation Track then right click on the track's timeline then go "Add from animation clip" or something like that

What software and techniques do you use to make such good art, also are there any free brushes you use
@vectorgamedev Жыл бұрын
Hey! For the software, we are using Photoshop. Our artstyle is very cartoony so simpler shapes, the background elements have more texture to them. Honestly, I think it's good to gather references for what you are trying to achieve and don't stop until you get there 🙂 As for the brushes, there are a few packs that I personally use, I think I will gather those resources and make a list and share it as a post
