Wow, I watched several popular videos (including some 15-minute TED talks with millions of views) trying to find *this* information. No fluff. No endless opening credits. KZbin view #s have very little to do with quality. Thank you, Anita.

Mine is getting serious, I suddenly zone out, I mean I hear, I look at that person, like only body present but my brain can't process what I'm hearing, I have to stop them mid-talkikg or after they finish I ask from them to repeat, this happens when someone is facing me or put his full attention on me, Wether they are close or far, sometimes it even gives me a tightness in the head, as if I'm locked up, it's frustrating and makes me feel inferior cuz I have to ask again or ask them to slow down, sometimes that person is of a higher position and that would make them feel less of me, they even laugh or be like "nevermind I'll do it"

Dang man I’m sorry to hear sounds truly serious, did any of these tips help you out?

If you want my opinion, It sounds like a confidence issue, I have this slight but only when I’m focusing on myself more than the other person. Screws me up and then I focus more on myself to click back and stop.

I've actually been in discussions where people uncontrollably shake their legs! I kept thinking they had Restless Leg Syndrome! I understand now that that may not be the case 😛
