I'm starting counselling next Thursday. I lost my day years ago and its his anniversary tomorrow, my daughter passed 5 years ago and lost my mum in August this year. Ive not dealt with any off it. Im a mum and I have custody off my daughters daughter so I have to be strong for all off them but I suddenly realised I'm drowning. I pray this helps coz I'm lower than low. My hear goes out to you Moe ❤

I get very upset every year, not sure what month but I’ll be paying attention. I get so upset over my grandma and the last time I seen her. I talk about it for over a week out of no where. This must be it
