ℹ don’t think you’ll need your husband for renewing your son’s passport, only you and your son will be able to do. but if your son is less than 5 your son’s passport renewal can be done from home via post. For renewal of a Minor’s Passport i) Colour Copy of Minor ID (issued from District Administration Office of Nepal) ii) Copy of front page (photo page and page 3) and back page (page 31) of the current passport iii) Valid Visas iv) Copy of Citizenship Certificates of parents (front and back page) v) Copy of Marriage Registration Certificate of parents vi) Print of dully filled online form (The e-Passport will be issued with a validity period of 5 years to such minors. The validity of passport of the minor’s aged between 10-16 will be 10 years. Within this period the minor must obtain Minor Citizenship Certificate from his/her respective District/Area Administration Office in Nepal and must submit it for next renewal.)

Hello sister, please don’t worry if you weren’t able to download pdf. Please keep the screenshot with qr code and request number safe, you can print it or take the screenshot there and mention you couldn’t download pdf, and I’m sure you won’t have any problem, the staff at Embassy’s reception will help you to download the form. You can visit embassy little early to be on safe side. this is what was mentioned on my screenshot “Please print the form or take a screen shot of the downloaded form with barcode before going to the enrollment center” best wishes
