Or there are too many packs? Or if the make the same characters they've been making for a decade? We're here to tell Funko and Droppp what they need to do to get this right.

New & Old Funko Pop Unboxing is a father and son duo who aren't necessarily in it for the value. Obviously value is nice but, because we just started collecting in late 2019, we're very interested in using these mystery boxes to build each of our collections.

I definitely want all The Star Wars NFT’s regardless of what characters they are but I agree that they absolutely need to do at least one character that hasn’t been done before. Let’s pray Funko does this drop justice.

It would be awesome if they did all characters that haven’t been done before, but they’ll most likely do Freddy as Vader, another Luke & R2 and maybe one character that hasn’t been done.

I have a different opinion and maybe that's because I'm not into the Funko NFT game. To me, the NFT packs are virtual mystery boxes and since I don't waste my money on mystery boxes, I also won't buy NFT packs. I would rather save my money and invest in the actual Pops I want in my collection. I don't think most people are being psychologically pressured to buy the NFT packs more when there are fewer available. Either you want them or you don't and I don't think Funko/Droppp are burning so many packs because collectors thought there were too many available. I think packs are being burned because most collectors are over it already and don't want to buy them. If you think about it, it doesn't matter how many packs are released since the leftover packs are burned in the end. I don't know what the real numbers are since I don't buy them, but what's the difference between a series of 10,000 packs selling out and a series of 20,000 packs where half of them are burned? Isn't the whole process of the NFT packs determining the actual demand and piece count? I've seen where some of NFT Pops were limited to maybe 4000 pieces, but because 40% of the packs were burned, the actual number of redeemed was only 2000. Also, if you really think about it, it's possible that there could be fewer Pops redeemed when there is a higher number of packs available. If you have a series of 10,000 packs that sell out, all of the Pops will be redeemed. But if you have a series of 20,000 packs and 10,000 are burned, you don't know how many of the redeemable Pops were hidden in those unsold packs. I know it probably wouldn't happen, but there is a chance that all of the redeemable Pops were only in the burned packs and no one pulled one from the purchased packs - slim chance, but a possibility when it's random. Also, I don't think it would be possible to do an NFT series that sells out unless you have something with the main characters. Maybe a huge Star Wars fan like yourself would be interested in a series with all the characters you mentioned, but is there enough collectors like you to support an entire NFT series? Probably not. There are probably enough serious collectors who would want those characters as Pops that they can purchase directly, but not to spend hundreds of dollars in NFT packs who are too old to even understand the whole process.
