I’m autistic, I’m shifty eyed because I am finding my words. Which is why a person who is lying does that, because they are looking for their words so they can form a story. I’m not lying but I am trying to find my words. Sometimes you have to have more training than that. I think the best way to know if someone is lying: know the facts yourself. Then you know if what they are saying is true.
