Interesting, I never thought to bump the dose up to 18g, I'll have to try that out. I've been a bit of a sheep following the recommended 15g dose 😅

I started doing 18g, the recommended 15g, and I have a 12/200 recipe as well.

Yep for sure, I wanted to find a good way to counteract the coarse grind setting out of the box - and this accounted for it perfectly.

I kept all the NFC tags from each pod so I could use them to make my own recipes, as well as automate shortcuts at home with my iPhone 😂 Great video, I’m looking forward to seeing the following videos on the XBloom

@@braxtonjens7839 I keep the pods and add a new filter to them and add in the coffee beans to keep on hand when i want to make my own coffee with the setting i have.

I have one and love it, my only complaint is that the grinding plate doesn't go flush it's on an angle. It doesn't look like yours is on an angle I wonder what I can do to fix this

That's likely an issue with coffee buildup on the surface of the grind chamber that actually contacts the ring of the grind plate. I had the same issue. After I cleaned more, it seats perfectly again.

@@WillardTurner Thank you, yup thats what happens. I also found that if i mist the coffee beans the build up doesnt happen as much from the static.

I received the Xbloom coffee maker for Christmas 2024. The coffee grinder in the machine doesn't work consistently . I have to turn the machine upside down multiple times to get the rest of the coffee beans that didn't grind out of machine then start over reweighing the grams of coffee beans and it is still a hit or miss if it will grind them all ... Xbloom company will not call to help resolve any issues only very slow email response times. I asked for a refund , they sent another machine and in had the same issues . They will not refund money back even though I started emailing right after Christmas because they said my 30 days are now up .. With all that said, when it does work it makes a great cup of coffee but very frustrating when it only grinds about 1/2 of the coffee beans if that, I get anywhere from 7-22 seconds grind time. less being a very weak coffee which I just have to throw out and attempt to make another cup

Last March I ordered a new spout for my Mocha Master. Paid my money and have never heard a thing from you folks. Is that a rip off? I've sent my name in for email updates never had an update. If you're going to keep my money just let me know. If it's that important to you and you people off like that that's fine.
