I used to think that the rapture was prior to the appearance of the Anti-Christ. But now, it's been pointed out to me, that the Church will see who the Anti-Christ is, and the Church will not be raptured/gathered until the A.C. sits in the 3rd Temple and demands to be worshipped. See 2 Thessalonians 2:1-12. The first 3.5 years period is the false peace, where people will be given/giving in marriage etc, like in the days of Noah. See Matthew 24:37. When the A.C. makes himself to be god and to be worshipped, then the rapture/gathering will occur. See 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18...and this is also where Luke 21:36 and Revelation 3:10 fits in. The Great Tribulation will happen during the last 3.5 years of the A.C.'s "reign". Does this make sense? Have I missed something or misinterpreted anything? Luke 21:36 - _"Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to _*_escape all these things_*_ that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.”_ - Jesus Revelation 3:10 - _"Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will _*_keep you from the hour of trial_*_ which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth."_ - Jesus

No body has yet shown me ONE SINGLE VERSE in the Bible that proves pretrib rapture. I cannot understand why people see this doctrine. I take that back, I do understand. It is because they are scared of all that takes place in the tribulation period, they don’t want to have to go through any of it.

The conclusion of this short video and the verses noted by pastor John is quite different than what the verses themselves es are teaching. Take the opportunity to look at these verses themselves as the Bereans who were of noble character who looked carefully at the scriptures themselves to see if what Oaul said was right. See Acts 17 11-12. Pray asking God to guide you into the actual truth. Don't just depend on a person to inform you about what truth is. John 14: 26 says "But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you ALL things and will remind you of everything I have said to you." When someone is telling you something that is different than what the scripture is telling you it should be a reason to be alert to double check if what you are being told is right as the Bereans did. This is one of those times.
