Great information thank you. I’m on a path to get in to cybersecurity with no previous experience… I am starting to work projects at home and studying for the compTIA trifecta. Is this a viable option? Do you recommend any other certs? Projects? Thx

What’s the alternative to AWS certified cloud practitioner for Microsoft ? I am in Australia and I have noticed that a lot of cyber jobs always ask for something involving Microsoft

Do you recommend going to a 2 year school and getting a Associate In Cybersecurity get the basic certification while in school then start getting into the working world 🌎

That’s definitely a viable path, you can definitely start applying after your associates degree and a few certs, if you don’t find any luck, continue working towards getting your bachelors degree

I actually have very much considered going that way, as I wish to spend less overall time not trying to get actual experience in field, college loves to throw a lot of stuff that doesn't always involve what you are actually studying for. But I also am doing a cybersecurity pathway major, to help with credit transfer just in case. I pretty much finished my first year of college. After I finish my second, my focus will definitely be on hunting certificates and certifications.
