Im guessing the main character in the modern world is the Japanese yakuza guy who fight with a Katana, I forgot who his name is. He made a voice appearance in Assassin's Creed Oddysey EDIT: The name is Kiyoshi Takakura, he is part of Japanese brotherhood of Assassins (former yakuza who later merge with Assassin's organization in Japan). I still dont know who the protagonist inside the animus thou, I've heard it's someone named Yasuke?

@@ACV The word RPG worries me. The RPG elements in the AC games don't work well but I guess it's subjective. I do like the dialogue stuff from the newer games but the stats on gear makes my stomach hurt. Thanks for the info!

Yeah, they really need to tone down on some RPG elements, like the dialogue options and romance, which feel unnecessary. If Shadows incorporates some RPG elements but still focuses on core AC pillars like parkour, stealth, and assassination, I'll be fine with it.
