Great review. What do you feel whivh is better xuv 700 or thar roxx? Also Can it be converted to 7 seater from bootspace side ?

An XUV700 is a family crossover and not an SUV, this is a proper ladder frame SUV which can do some silly offroading which the XUV cannot. The boot space cannot be converted to make space for front facing benches.

The 170+ hp Diesel motor is only available for the 4x4 variants and not on the RWDs. Can you enquire and clarify this please?

@@Prozir you are right, 4x2 gets 150hp 330nm diesel engine for both MT and AT configuration. 172hp 370nm variant is limited to only 4x4 Thar Roxx. Thar Roxx will take 13-15 secs to reach 0-100.

I am flirting with the idea of booking an Automatic Transmission 4x4 (Diesel)….but since I live in a hilly state where the roads are twisty windy with steep gradients, I have some reservations about the performance of AT… Pls give me an opinion, should I go for an AT or MT

Hey Guys both me and my father are very interested in this car before that we were quite keen on Scorpio Z8 select automatic rearwheel drive but this car has caused severe confusion for both of us And I have a very pick you real question does this car will feel even more compare when fitted with 17 inch alloy wheels and Highway terrain tyres

@arpit201085 I happen to own a Thar 3 door Petrol Automatic. Highway mileage I get around 13 kmpl approx with some 100+ kmph speeds but mostly at 90 kmph whenever possible. In my super short 3-4 kms of town commute, I get 5-6 kmpl 🥹 For the Thar Roxx, expect the Mileage to be below that of the 3 door Thar. 12 kmpl on Highway is possible. Fr City traffic the mileage figures will hurt a lot
