Sure duplex sure rentals. Not single homes. This fixes many problems in housing. And protects against what’s happening. Company’s buying up all our houses to make themselves more money. We need to mine minerals. Instead of taxing it to death we make sure that a percent of that material is used for environmental reasons. Renewables. Infrastructure that’s environmental and can last eons for society to use. I believe we could build an energy complex in the far north that could power our entire country. Now hear me out. Hot water freezes almost instant in -60c right? So if first we built a power station that would spray water high up it would freeze into a massive structure of ice right. Bigger then pyramid. Sure. Easy right ? Ice floats. Seas go up and down with tides. Could you build a post to the sea floor and put generators in it. When that small lake size piece of ice bobs up and down it would creat energy like a hydro electric dam. But not hindering environment in any ways. Again. You would need a small city to run such a thing. Mega project. Canada could take in millions of working family’s to establish these new city’s There are many big ideas Canada could make common aims. Canada needs free trade in Canada. Canada needs to use Canadian resources. No saudis oil becuse Qubec invested in Saudi oil not Canadian. Ya I know tar sands are dirty. I been there.
