No problems for many years. Now, when out-of-state, I get a bill in the mail for double the toll from one state with picture of my rear license while my EZ Pass account in another state hits my credit card as usual for the same toll. Triple pay. Then, try getting them on the telephone. It's impossible. I think it's a money grab.

i got ripped off, they billed me again for same tolls they automatically collected on my credit cards. they blamed covid for that. be sure to carefully log every ez pass trip for your own records. they are tough to get hold of on the telephone.

Is ezpass roads the only way to travel or is there the non toll roads also available out on the east coast? In california toll roads is just an option if you would like to use just pay.

I was charged 5,000 dollars for going through a toll 30 times and in reality it was only 4 times so in reality that should be about 32 dollars

Many people have been greatly overcharged due to computer errors. Consumer activism is needed. People cannot afford huge tolls.

I had ezpass it has been suspended for 2 months for non reason I’m uber driver by the way new comer immigrant I went thru Holland tonnel. I thought I will get 16 $by mail and now I see 66$ dollars toll 💵 5 times I went thru it going to be now 336 it’s insane I’m renting car during pandemic I make 100$ working 10 hours It’s insane. Gas toll bill rent honestly last six months I have in my bank account 1000 and my credit card has- minus 1900 folks how I have to survive
