Most Welcomed ! That one more crown added in the operations of one more front Air Force base in Deesa Gujarat. I was posted in the Naliya and served there 3 yrs. That time in Kuchh area only two front airfields were operational i.e. Naliya and Bhuj. And it was felt that one more airfied must be ooerational in front to safeguard our borders touching to the Pakistan . And it will also be appreciated when Deesa will have more advanced fighter jets there for operations. Ex.Sgt.Nand Kishore Giri

Actually NDA was in power till 2004 from the time of approval 2000. Again UPA ruled for 10 years , means waste of 10 years. From 2014 it has been 8 years of NDA , now the project is materialised. From time of approval till now NDA had 12 years and UPA had 10 years.
