Dragonite is pretty similar to rayquaza tbh(4x weak to ice, boosting from DD, and espeed with outrage) so some ppl just dont think its worth a restricted cause its just a stronger dragonite

Yeah i see that for sure - i actually think Dnite is just so much more versatile too - the amount of encore/twave/fire spin sets i see on dragonite on the ladder is crazy. Ray hits way harder though for sure
