I almost feel like Lagiacrus will be a title update or DLC. I would love to see him in the base game but I get the feeling that won't be the case.

I feel like the only reason lagiacrus wouldn't show up is because he would have to be an apex and we already have an apex leviathan. If that's the case then he'll definitely show up in the dlc

What I think the developers can do on the expansion is add monsters to challenge the apex of the respective areas. The 4 monsters I'm thinking would challenge the apex are Seregios, Lagiacrus, and a brand new monster to challenge Nu Udra.
