Youre literally insane if you think they were trying to let him go🤣🤣 they let him do all that because the body cam will be played in court and every thing he did will show he was intoxicated as well as admitting to crimes. Go watch a lawyer break down that video, at no point were any of those cops thinking about letting him go🤣 he just didn't try to run, thats why he wasn't put in a car immediately. Attorney tom does a good job breaking that down.

Why not immediately arrest the kid??? He did NOT, no handcuffs, no raised voice , just talking to the boy like it’s all good in the hood and made him do a million and one sobriety tests 😂 a big waste of time, probably did it because they knew it would be shown on the internet, so maybe for good KZbin? It was annoying how long it took the officers to arrest the kid and even let him do more tests AFTER leaving the hospital lmao smh you gotta be fckin kidding me because wth does he need a video of all that wasted time when it was on video from jump he was hit and clearly intoxicated and when he first admitted to it towards the beginning and having paraphernalia he still didn’t arrest him aka handcuff him not read him his rights, what else does the judge need for a fckin dui, reckless endangerment and paraphernalia charge????? @@ms.rolltide256 Why would you arrest somebody when they are fully cooperating with you? Best case scenario, arresting a person would make them re-think their level of co-operation, worst case, they stop talking/cooperating, and ask for an attorney. Especially because he clearly was NOT ok, if his commands were any indication, lol. GET ON THE GROUND PUT YOUR HANDS UP-- PUT YOUR HANDS OUT-- DO NOT MOVE- PUT YOUR HANDS OUT!! alright guy, take a breath. Despite the adrenaline rush, these cops need to learn how to not scream and make things way extra tense when they're approaching a vehicle. They're SUPPOSED to be professionals. I'm not saying they should whisper and be all cute about it, but I've seen plenty of examples of officers in high speed chases that after the suspect eventually crashes or pulls over, you got 10 officers all SCREAMING over one another yelling ten different things making the situation way more dramatic than it needs to be. Fortunately I've seen a few videos where its the same scenario but ONE officer is giving the commands and they're able to do so with a loud but relatively calm voice, which makes the situation better for the suspect and the officers involved. This should be part of their training and it's sad that it isn't.
