I'm not saying they should whisper and be all cute about it, but I've seen plenty of examples of officers in high speed chases that after the suspect eventually crashes or pulls over, you got 10 officers all SCREAMING over one another yelling ten different things making the situation way more dramatic than it needs to be. Fortunately I've seen a few videos where its the same scenario but ONE officer is giving the commands and they're able to do so with a loud but relatively calm voice, which makes the situation better for the suspect and the officers involved. This should be part of their training and it's sad that it isn't.
