It also occurred to me that the faster you drive, the less likely you are to take your eyes off the road to look behind you/in the mirror. At speeds of 110+, you're probably laser-focused on what's in front of you and care little about what's behind you. That's the irony here. In a high-speed chase, the faster the perp is driving, the more likely he is of being unaware that the law is chasing him.

There's no chance in HELL they could prove it either as it would go against their training. If *ANYTHING* he would get a single evading police charge (not the three cops they're claiming) for the last cop, as he was travelling much slower. These cops just contradicted their own training on camera, but they will neither suffer consequences for it, nor will the training they just contradicted be changed. It's gross.

Lets be reasonable here and emphasize all the circumstances. He is from a different country, running late for his flight back which explains why he's speeding. If you travel through airport airlines can relate to this situation. And a motorcycle engine is literally right on your chest which can muffle out noise and (sirens) 117 miles an our in a 45 is pretty far of a gap. At 4:30 the officer mentions 70mph which is more believable. So I agree for the arrest and he took responsibility for it, but the way the captain tries to pin a fleeing and eluding I disagree he was NOT fleeing. You can hear sincerity in a person's voice just like you can sense when they're untruthful but it sucks when you encounter someone that cannot distinguish the difference between the two.

We're both chill drivers. That's how I've been thru most of USA & Canada without a scratch. Even NYC driving back in 90s with all them yellow cabs you see in 80s movies .. cars long as boats... I'm from a tiny place where I never needed to drive, suddenly at 17 thrown into American culture. It was fun! K enough reminiscing.. i feel for him but someone should have educated him .... I'm more upset at the person who brought him not explaining. I've written letters upon letters explaining American ways to people who were fleeing war to come here (this dude seems to be on holiday). You don't just bring someone and not explain basics. Also - international drivers license is a must when bringing someone here. It matters in how cops will treat you and you get cheaper insurance as well 😃 P.S. this applies to any country: for god's sake go to the official website of where you'll visit and learn the basics. Don't expect country to adapt to you, but instead you adapt to the country.

Feedback is given on police, auditors and normal every day citizens. What does this have to do with cop hating? That’s like trying to say the US Chemical Safety Board (USCSB) hates companies because they make investigatory videos dissecting what happened and how to prevent future incidents to protect properly, limb, and life. I would recommend anyone search for it in KZbin, they are really well put together. The same thing, they are objective investigations. Sure, you can’t compare that. There are ignorant people out there, and Audit the Audit allows people to open their eyes and ears and educate people who are right or wrong, and share the details while being objective, applying the constitution, applicable laws, and citing case law.
