I love this holster! Unique concept. It can be used in a variety of IWB positions. It’s soft, lightweight and flexible. Super comfortable. The material is sticky in the cohesive sense - no residue, no adhesive. The one I bought fits my G19, my G17 and my S&W Shield 9! Stays put without belt slots or loops. Inexpensive, but doesn’t feel cheap. One could use this as a hidden travel wallet too. Thoughtful design. Amazingly simple device that really works! Wish I had thought of this.

It’s perfect especially for someone that goes out jogging or places that you know you need to have a gun with you but the clothes that you’re wearing yeah maybe not a belt so this is actually great because it does do it job and it’s perfect, perfect poster

@@javiercarmenate3112 yes you can. The holster completely covers the trigger guard. Like any good, safe holster the only thing exposed is the grip. I recommend sticky holsters made by Clinger.

I have a Sticky holster in the glovebox of my car. It makes a great backup holster in case a clip breaks on your main holster (never happened to me, but two is one, one is none), but I use it for when I'm on a long trip and want to take my carry gun off body and place it between the seat and console of my car. Super easy access, and much more comfy than 4 O'Clock digging into the seat...

I've been wearing my sticky holster for a little over a year now. Which holds my Glock 42. Very comfortable & inconspicuous. This holster works very well, & with draw stings as well. Which I wear alot in the summer time (Shorts). Awesome products indeed. I will be ordering two more this evening.

I literally find myself using the sticky holster so much, I even bought the mag pouch and another one for my tlr6😂😂 I wear a lot of a athletic clothing, and yes after the gym too! I’m one of the weird people that rather be comfortable in public vs always wearing jeans, or overkill outfits for store runs and such. When I’m actually wearing my jeans or have to utilize a belt, for an event i I deem worthy, that’s when I go for the kydex, but I won’t lie. I found myself deciding to give the sticky holster a try in situations wear I normally would rock kydex and I actually love it. It’s much more comfortable and freeing. The only thing that people will say is an issue and that I also do agree with is retention, and security. Obviously you can’t sprint, and there’s always that chance of drawing your holster out with your firearm, but that’s where practice comes in people! Kydex and retention holsters are obviously the better choice but this is the more comfortable choice and suited for me. Anytime I retrieve my firearm before I go out, I always do practice draws, and practice worse case scenarios. But dude, if you practice, are attentive, and stick this thing straight in some nice compression shorts, hell then briefs too for added retention!! You’ll be fine!

I've been carrying a Sticky since 2019 IWB crossdraw, just left of my navel. It's so comfortable, I forget I'm wearing it. Church, school, shopping, around the ranch. All you need is a waistband tight enough to keep it from sliding down your leg. Also love it in my vehicle to have it in easy reach wedged between the console and my seat beside my leg. Ordering a new one since my jeans have finally worn some of the sticky off. Love it!!

I carry a Walther PPQ M2 in this holster and it is very comfortable mid-back and my wife frequently has to ask because it is no evident at all the majority of the time. I carry with shorts, regular jeans and dress pants and have no issues with it moving or coming out of place when I draw.

Having been a peace officer for 20 years (now retired), I can tell you I won't carry any holster that requires two hands to reholster! You may find yourself in a situation where you have only one hand free. As a civilian, when the cops show up you don't want to be "that guy" waving your gun around in your hand! I do however reccomend the Remora Reinforced Top (RFT) Holsters. The same basic idea as the Sticky holster but the top part of the holster has a piece of Kydex sewn inside that keeps the mouth of the holster open so you can easily re-holster one-handed. I've been using one of these for almost all my concealed carry for about 5 years now. I have to say it's the best system I've found that ensures I always go out the door with a gun on me. This system works well with most of the guns I carry concealed. Obviously, this isn't going to work well with a long barrel "N" frame revolver, but you would be hard-pressed to conceal a weapon that large with any holster system. Not saying it's impossible to do so, just requires a much better system to do so. I do have one for my 1911 government model. It works reasonably well with that gun. You want to wear a heavy-duty leather belt with any larger gun. One concern a lot of people have that haven't tried one of these is gun retention. I can say for a holster with no strap it retains a weapon pretty well. When you tighten your belt the force of that, helps bind the gun to the holster in your waist. Obviously, gymnasts might want to avoid this :) But for most people retention will be very adequate. it works just as well with revolvers as it does autos. I carry an S&W Airweight 642 just fine as well as my Kahr PM 40. One added benefit is the ability to carry more than one gun in any particular holster. My Colt Agent fits the same holster my Airweight uses. Same with my Glock 30 and my S&W Sigma 40. The Sigma for those that scoff at the weapon is basically a Glock, with a heavy long trigger pull. Exactly what I want in a gunfight. Having been a "revolver" man for years. Like most who have carried a weapon concealed for years, I have drawers full of holsters that don't work. This does work for me!

I love my sticky holster! And its the only one I use because it stays put and is comfy and doesn't chaff my hip like every other holster I've tried does! It works best against your skin too......And since I go commando it sticks and works great!!! Can even run and roll around and it stays put! However I have to draw the whole holster and rip it off and drop it to shoot because the back sight hangs on the edging around the holster. Maybe their kydex version will fix that problem.

I like this type of holster; have the Remora. With Sticky or Remora, you really need (as you said, but didn't do) to remove the holster before reinserting the pistol into it. Fingers aren't the only things that can press triggers. Other than that, great video!

Neat way to use you tecgrip holster is as a sheath for your kydex holster. It prevent a heavy pistol from dragging down you pants and easy reholstering. It the way I carry now. I got a bigger tecgrip to encase my kydex holster

Recommend you take the whole holster out when re-holstering then put the holster with the gun already in it inside your pants. It's easy and just as fast to do and WAY safer. You can also take it out when you get in your vehicle and wedge it in-between your truck seat. Also a great holster to store your firearms in your safe especially if they touch other firearms the padding helps protect them.

Wondering if I should switch out my custom (CZ 75, HK VP9, & USP) Vedder, & Tulster holsters for the Sticky’s. Having owned a Sticky I can only say-Their just like one of those $19.99 As Seen On (youtube) TV gimmicks that one might buy after consuming a liter of Schnapps. Unless you’re carrying a .38 Special (which nobody has in over 40 years) buy quality. Along with a good belt, a quality holster is one of the most important carry investments you’ll ever make, & Sticky falls far short.

Great review Lenny, but the truth is that Sticky Holsters don't least very long. Even though they're cheap/affordable. I carried my G19 in one for about 7-8 months, a few years ago, and it got less sticky, frayed, and started to slip. They work very good at first, but due to body heat, sweat, & abrasion they deteriorate, and more so in places like FL, where I live. And actually they're a cheap immatation of a much better holster like it, Remora. I replaced the Sticky Holster with a Remora, and I've used it for two other weapons, besides the Glock G19. You should really check out the Remora, its definitely a better quality self-stabilizing type IWB holster. And they are competitively priced. Be safe. Fedelis Ad Mortem! God bless.

My experience is quite different. Yeah, no one likes negative comments, but I visited the Sticky website, searched for the Canik MC9 and found the MD-1. But, there was a link to the model that I needed for use with the mounted M01 optic, and was told I needed the "OR-5 Mod". I ordered and received the "OR-5 Mod" and while it is just deep enough (could be a hair deeper), and while it is cut for an optic, it is clearly for a larger pistol with the same length barrel, clearly too wide. The pistol can and does easily rock towards the side and clearly print the pistol grip. Perhaps Sticky needs to advertise the no-optics only MD-1, which I hope holds the pistol similarly to how beautifully your LCP Max appears to be held in your holster, and not claim that one of their optics ready holsters works with the pistol when it does not. If anyone has an MC9 without optic and is carrying in the MD-1, who can verify the fit, I'd love to hear about it. I like this pistol enough that I'm not beyond purchasing another. For the moment, I feel like I've just wasted $30 as I have nothing useful to show for it, unless it happens to work well IWB. I know folks say you can use these holsters that way, but the idea of IWB with no physical tether does not sound secure. Especially since the MC9 can move around so much in the OR-5. If anyone is thinking about doing the same, let me know and I'll post a short video demonstrating how loosely the fit is with the OR-5.
