Heritage - A Century of Song

Few places in the Land of Song can lay greater claim to the title "Valley of Song" than the Cynon Valley, home of Cwmbach Male Choir.
The choir was formed in the village of Cwmbach on the outskirts of Aberdare, and it was here on the 10th June 1921, that the musical story and HERITAGE of this organisation was born.
In celebrating its centenary the choir seeks to secure a sustainable future for the choristers and audiences of tomorrow, and by safeguarding and building on the unique HERITAGE, it will preserve its worth for generations to come.
Our HERITAGE is the valuable inheritance of history, tradition, achievement and worthwhile practices of the past, and this is our story.

What a wonderful video. Well done to all at Cwmbach. As someone who has had the tremendous privilege to stand before you in Northern Ireland and wave my arms for you I'm so very proud to say I know so many of you and am pleased to call my friends. Amen ac Amen!
