This is the demonstration of the Heritage Equipment / BCast, 500 Gallon Jacketed Mixing Vessel &
Heritage Equipment / BCast, 500 gallon capacity, stainless steel jacketed and insulated process tank. 316L stainless steel contact parts and 304 stainless steel jacket and exteroir parts. Vessel dimensions: 55" diameter with 48" straight wall. Equipped with dome top, 18" OD flip top man way, top mounted 5 Hp side scrape surface / bottom sweep agitation, CIP spray balls supplied by a 2"OD / 1½"ID Tri-Clamp fitting and thermowell. Dish bottom has 3½" OD / 3" ID center bottom discharge with 18" ground clearence. Control panel with push button start / stop and variable speed control.

Unibloc, Model PD400, Positive displacement pump with 316 stainless steel contact parts. Rated from 5 to 50 gallons of product per minute - depending on materials, application and machine configuration. 500 psi maximum working pressure, temperature range of 400° F and capable operating both clockwise, or counter clockwise. Equipped with a 2" OD / 1½" ID Tri-clamp style product charge / discharge with 14" ground clearance and variable speed controller. Powered by a 5 Hp drive with a 4.22:1 gear ratio for a current maximum rate of 33.6 gallons @ minute. Mounted on a 30" long x 12" wide stainless steel cart with casters.
