Herkimer College New TV studio set build

In 2014, we took delivery (three giant 26 foot rental trucks full!) of local NBC affiliate station WKTV's outgoing news set. Station management graciously donated the set pieces when a new look was on its way to WKTV.
What followed was a months long build in the Herkimer College TV studio. To enable easy transport, the entire set was taken apart, and then transported to Herkimer College from atop Smith Hill in Deerfield.
Throughout the late summer and fall semester of 2014, the set was slowly rebuilt in TC109 on the Herkimer campus.
Final touches were added over the winter break into 2015, and the new look of HCTV News launched in March of 2015!
