Yes it’s true 🤍 the handles become shiny first while the rest of the bag stays rather matte. Matte Porosus is naturally more shiny than Alligator.

B20 are much more difficult apparently 🤍 will depend on the boutique and your local demand.

Why do you need to keep the paperwork in your bag for travel? What does the paperwork say?

With exotic handbags (alligator/crocodile/lizard) you legally have to travel with the paperwork given to you at the time of purchase.

Thanks for sharing, congratulations on your new b25. 🎊 🎉Wondering if you could compare your croc to other top leather brands that also offer croc bags? The reason is, I went to Harrods recently, they had quite a few exotic bags that were absolutely beautiful, LV does beautiful Lizard, cost not as high as Hermes. I am not interested in the Hermes game, plus there are loads of options on the preloved market, I rather pick exactly the specs I want. Anyway, Gucci at Harrods can do make to order, I can’t remember other boutique names, but they offered Himalayan too. It would be great if you have a chance to pop down to Harrods with your new b25 and compare quality and options. Thought it could be an interesting topic to cover. ❤❤❤

Hello 🤍 out of all of the exotic bags I have seen from other brands I would say LV and Dior are not too bad. The quality is noticeably different from Hermes but still gorgeous pieces to own. All comes down to what you are looking for and which style speak to you!

Not ziyi but imho, Hermès is the gold standard when it comes to exotics. LV has high quality exotics too but I prefer H. Gucci is great with python, their ostrich is not as visually appealing as H’s.

Ooh very nice. Honestly, if they offer the green again you should totally get it, it's just as gorgeous 😍. But I'm on a green kick so maybe I'm just biased lol. It's so interesting as Crocs and alligators are in the water most their life. I wonder if it's bc the way they treat the leather and it strips away some of their integrity and that's why they are delicate to water and oil, did they tell you why that is? It's so cool to listen to why leathers are the way they are imo.
