Depends 🤍 FSH is better for big spenders or general leather appointment. The other two stores are better for locals/if you are looking to build a long term relationship.

@ thanks for the reply! I’ve been shopping with the same SA from FSH for the past couple times. The SA is wonderful but it seems like she can’t help me with bags at FSH (clearly I’m not one of the big spenders), so wondering if it’s worth switching to Sèvres.

Who’s considered a ‘big spender’ at FSH is actually wild, since top clients around the world shop at FSH 😂 but since you have spending history there, you should be able to get offered something nice if you scored a leather appointment online!

Lovely bag! Is your love for cool tones based on a seasonal/color analysis, or just personal preference? I was always told I was warm toned, turned out that was completely wrong! So I am now embracing cool colors and silver/white gold and very happy to do so :)

Just a personal preference 😂 you can see in my jewelry video gold stands out too much against my skin so that why I prefer cool tones 🤍 but also love cream/beige and caramel!

Gorgeous bag! My sense is that in Europe there’s no quota for SAs to offer SOs whereas in dubai / Asia / US each SA has a maximum number of slots to offer SOs and that’s why it’s much more competitive to get one! Let me know what you think.

From my experience I would say for London each SA had maybe one or two slot. But for Paris there’s no real limit per SA, but each store have their set quota.

Love your new bag!🤎✨The color and size is just perfect. Totally a useful year around bag and compare to the other Bottega bag styles, I feel that this model will remain a classic and less trend driven as e.g Bottega Jodie line.

The only other brand of bags I’ve bought outside of Hermes in the last few hours has been Bottega and I totally agree their quality, the practicality of their bags, and the lifetime warranty make it a great brand to buy from! I think you’ll find that the bag will age beautifully :)

Love watching this again I had problems with my Birkin 25 in Epsom leather handles I was using a spray hand sanitizer and it was too wet and got the handles messed up some of the texture started to wear off. I’ve sprayed protectant on it and it has stopped it from peeling, but I should’ve had a Twilly on the handles I guess like you dohave you ever had any problems with your handles?

I ended up getting one and then the next day was offered a black box kelly 25! Christmas came early. Are there any rings you recommend to complement the bracelet? Would it be a finesse ring like you have? You’re right it sparkles so much and it’s amazing.
