J o because I used to work in this field. In real life, this is exactly what you are told NOT to do and is heavily frowned upon. Also because you are a surgeon, the people in charge wouldnt really be stoked to find out surgeons are bickering about first world problems instead of fully focussing on the job at hand. 😂😂😂😂

I am not a big fan of that particular Doc, but to be quite honest, even though I understand that the fire fighter was worried about his friend, he was still out of line. As a fire fighter he doesn't know what he's talking about and the only thing he did was making the doctor doubt himself. And I think we can all agree that a doctor who doubts himself is not a safe option.

Chicago Med, PD and Fire all cross. Not sure if this is your first time watching these series. Sometimes things spill from one to another. Best example is the case of a doctor diagnosing cancer-free ppl with cancer and over dosing them with chemo. Starts in Chicago Med with the discovery, and spill into Chicago PD to get the doctor behind bars

It's incredible that some of these doctors have the ability to use 20/20 hindsight as a form of precognition. It's a pity they weren't in charge when Hermann came in, and not Dr. Rhodes, who had to rely on available information and make snap decisions accordingly rather than seeing into the future. It could have saved a lot of drama.😉
