I also share my personal experience for the 7RP insert I ordered for the K25 Sellier and some confusions I have about the sizing. Finally I share a strap that I also use as a substitute strap to change up the look of my Hermes Kelly 25 Sellier Bag.

Thanks for sharing, Clara.I uses Maitai for my kelly 25 sellier and it fits pretty well. I probably uses 7RP for retourne style only but for sellier, I think I will invest less on the inserts since its sellier style already.

You must be a wonderful customer too. I think the key is treat others like you would like to be treated. Understand that they have a job to do and they need to earn a living. Be sincere and patience. I see people who just want a bag and don’t want to buy other things . But they don’t understand these quota bags are rewards of the loyalty to the brand. I would be disappointed if they get offers bag while I diligently saving my money to spend on the brand.

Thank you for your sharing I am using Mai Tai inserts with bubble inside. I think it does the job. It’s better than some insert from Etsy ( I think )

Hello Lee yes they did address it - the length is to accommodate the narrower part higher on the bag and not the wisest part at the bottom. They feel this is the best fit … although I’ve made some recommendations on future improvements - I have another one coming from mai tai so I’ll compare the two after I get the mai tai. Agreed it is a bit disappointing although the ones for the retourne I felt fit better.

Wow love your bags…they are both so beautiful. Chèvre leather is my absolute fav, I just love the sheen and it looks so stunning in a black kelly. I have the Etain K25 in the same specs as you and I absolutely love it. I always thought I was a B girl, but I might be verging towards team kelly. Which bag out of the two do you love the most & use the most? Re 7-rp I would send it back. That looks way off. Definitely not up to their usual high standard. I have bought their liners for K25 retourne and B30 and they fit perfectly

Yes I got an explanation back that it’s smaller to accommodate the bag when it’s closed. I probably use the retourne more but like the look of the sellier more .

Hello Ju Zoo the interior of my Chamkila appears to be another goatskin. I'm not entirely sure but it appears to chevre mysore (a softer goatskin). Most organizers only go up so high so you need to be careful of the flap. I have other bags with swift interior like my halzan and i have been quite casual with my Halzan and so far I see nothing. I always put sharp objects in pouches and I no longer have long nails so actually the swift has been quite impressive for me. I see absolutely nothing in my Halzan and it has no organizer.

@@ClaraZeela oh interesting. I would have thought the Retourne would be easier to get out of given its softer. I have a Sellier now and it’s very stiff so was looking to add a Retourne Kelly. May I ask what makes the Retourne fussy? Txs!

@@HJ60123 the structure of the Kelly relies on the top hand that is attached to the top flap. Over time the retourne will sag. You will always need two hands to open the Kelly.

The price is similar but slightly more than a kelly 25 sellier in Epsom. As it’s been quite a few months now the prices have increased so you may want to check online for latest Kelly 25 sellier prices.

Hi Clara! Thank you for pointing that out! I mean the insert “default” quite shocking since it’s the most expensive in the market 😫😭 Have you tried to put the insert from the retourne in the sellier? Is it better ? Or my advice would be to try out the insert for the K28 sellier in your K25 sellier if you can exchange yours ?🤔😫 It’s such a shame because they are not cheap at all!

Thanks - I tried and they are not interchangeable as the shapes are different. I don’t have a k28 - anyways I kept it for the 7rp vs mai tai review if you have not seen that. I hope it at least a helps those who are considering it !! Tx for your comment !!

Hi Clara, I would just send the insert back to 7RP and have them replacing it. It is not ok for the price point that you have to find alternatives; etc.

Depends on the size and the leather but generally retourne is easier.

Never tried 7rp inserts, feel like they are overpriced. I think you should try to get a refund for the sellier one. The fit seems way off.
