I love your videos because there are too many KZbinrs on their Hermès “journey” who are only buying random items to get a Kelly or Birkin. They don’t know much about it or truly love Hermès and I take their information with a grain of salt. I am new to Hermès although I have been a fan for many many years, starting with their enamel bracelets and silks. That’s what always came to my mind with the brand and still does. I might not ever get a K or B, but I am and will enjoy all of the pieces I get.

I never spent a large amount... my SA would call me every 6 mos or so and tell me she had a bag such as a 28cm black Kelly, or 30 CM Gold Birkin, or orange 18 cm Constance, and a Special order... I had no wish list... I had good rapport and she liked me and would randomly call me.

I think SAs can sense if a client is invested in the brand's story and genuine versus just in it for one type of bag. I would say being patient, kind, and understanding, while also being straightforward, with whomever you're interacting with will get you the furthest. The people who work there are human after all ;). Great video GPS

I only became addicted to Special Orders when I got to see an HSS Himalayan and Ombre Lizard Roulis with gold hardware t is divine. But if we are talking about dream bags for me still I have never seen a Diamond Grand Marriage in either kelly or birkin. Diamond Himalayans in ether Gris cendre and blanc are both attainable but so much pricey through resellers. Still a diamond grand marriage is my dream bag no matter the color way.

i’ve only ever made a discernible profit selling my chanel bags. that didn’t dent my love for hermes products though! it only makes sense to only buy things we enjoy and will use. there are investments more straightforward like equities and derivatives. such a joy to watch your videos GPS!

I was able to pick up a Birkin 30 after only shopping with my SA once prior (although I had shopped at Hermes over many years in Europe). We had a great connection and I guess I was lucky :) It wasn't in my dream color but I fell in love with it once it was offered to me. Love your informative videos as always!

As well as it is real that exotic skin pricing is different from one bag to another since I have seen both Birki 25 Jaune Ambre in Niloticus Crocodile with different prices. And the seller told me that the skin used in the other one has significantly larger scales which means they used a bigger crocodile in making it which makes it pricer. That is why no single exotic crocodile birkin/kelly will be likely to have a photocopy

I’m debating between a gold PHW and etoupe GHW kelly 20 . I already had a mini fendi peekaboothat im so in love with. The peekaboo color is very similar to the hermes gold epsom. Just want to ask for your opinion and wonder if you can do mod shots with your Kelly

Let me add one reason why i believe when Hermes say "we don't have stocks" is bullcrap and Hermes do play games, apart from my own experience. KZbinr Kristina Braly made a video where she said she's done playing the game because she's been waiting for a year with lots of spending history and still no Birkin. So she just decided to purchase her sreambig Birkin etain from reseller. She specifically said she's done with playing Hermes game. What happened next? One day after she uploaded that video on KZbin, Hermes houston called her and said to come. She came to the store, and was offered her other dream bag: Birkin black. I mean.... This pretty much sums up that the Hermes game do exists.

Let's call a spade a spade. Hermes pick their client. If they like you, they will not care how much you spend, they will give you what you want. "We don't have stock" is bullcrap. But they will use "it depends on how good your relationship with an an SA" as an execuse for why one person can get a Birkin without spending history while others have to spend tens of thousands of dollars and years of waiting to get the same bag.
