Hi Emily, welcome back and thanks for another great video❤ As for shipping bags, I think it’s really depends on the individual store and SA. We had no problems shipping our bags (yes twice😊) but the SA at Orlando store told us out straight that her store does not allow to ship bags🤷‍♀️

Thanks so much! 🥰🥰 Yay for two shipped quota bags! Since shipping is at the store manager’s discretion, that doesn’t surprise me that Orlando said no. They have quite a bit of tourist traffic in the Orlando store so I imagine they are more guarded.

I was told they can only ship if you’ve approved the bag in person. Otherwise people can say “oh I didnt realize the hardware was gold” etc.

Thanks for watching! I followed up with my friend who was the Hermes SA for many years on this one. He said normally a clear picture or video of the bag is sent if someone is not able to come in person and that they would ship to out of state clients often this way. Again, it is up to the store manager’s discretion, so perhaps your store manager has had problems with clients wanting to return and decided to not approve anymore.

Funny how 🍊 operates differently in each country 😭 My local store in Milan can’t and won’t hold even a candle for me! I’ve been told that if I want the Evelyne 16 I have to go into the store everyday and ask for it 😅 quite sad ! Because it’s unfair! I can’t go in the store whenever I want I mean… I work? Lol I don’t really understand what’s goin on in EU lately 🙃

Omg that is insane that they won’t hold anything. And exactly, people who have to work on the daily end up missing out because they can’t come in every day to do a stock check. I typically can’t visit my SA unless it’s a Saturday because Rodeo is closed on Sunday and Monday.

I don’t live in the city so I can go there just once a month… so my chances to get that bag are really slim since I am only interested in the Gold color as well 😭😂 Figure that I am looking to buy the cypress sandals for over 2 years now … but guess what ? Can’t hold them for me 😂 I hate my local store service is terrible lol SAs don’t even bother to reply you back … what a joke compared to other countries. Even if you want to buy and “fatten” (that’s how I call it btw 😂) your 🍊 profile you can’t !

It would be so nice to be able to do that in the US. I had a subscriber tell me that London won’t guarantee the same SA for her when she makes an appointment because they are so not arranged around commission = quota. So different to here.

It crazy how different! And I also have been told by my SA to buy any rodeos or Pegasus you see online- they are impossible for them to get to!

Systems between countries are not connected. The only thing that is connected is what you shop online.

Thanks for watching! From my experience, you are right in that my US store could not see what I have spent in other countries. However, in Paris they can see your US purchase history.
